Calling all Early Headteachers:
All EHP Grant money must be spent by 31 March 2011 at the latest.
…and if you became a head teacher before April 2008 then you will need to spend your EHP (Early Headship Provision) a lot sooner.

A good friend and fellow leadership coach,  Eilidh Milnes, posted on her forum this week a post recommending that every school should seriously consider have a banner outside shouting out how great they are.
